The hotel confirmation is subject to availability. In case this may not be possible, you will be booked on another similar-category hotel. The hotel categorization is governed by the local regulations.
Meals are included only if they appear in the program.
The tourist programs and/or services do not include airline tickets or airport taxes (either domestic and/or international).

Certain services can be interrupted and/or cancelled due to: climatic conditions, social problems, disturbs, natural disasters or force majeure. Therefore, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary.
AIRLINE TICKETS The price of the airline tickets is expressed in US Dollars and it is also subject to changes without prior notice. The price of the airline tickets can change depending on the availability of the spaces and it is subject to changes without prior notice. Flight time, route and number are subject to changes, depending on the airline, until the date scheduled for the flight, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. is not responsible for the modification, delay or cancellation of the flight.
In the event of loss, refund or modifications (either with regard to the date, route, hour, tariff or others) GRANTOUR PERU S.A. shall apply the sales conditions established by the airline. For any other restriction with respect to the airline ticket, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. shall refer to the sales conditions established by the airline.
PAYMENT METHOD
In order to confirm the reservation of the tourist services, it is necessary for the client to pay for the fifty percent (50%) of the total price, within a period of ten (10) days following the acceptance of the tourist program.In case of requesting luxury hotels or five stars hotels, train services, Hiram Bingham trains or other luxury services, the customer must pay an additional amount of US$200.00 (Two Hundred and 00/100 US Dollars) per person (NON-REFUND amount).
In order to confirm the reservation and issuance of the airline tickets, it is necessary for the client to cancel the total of the air fare, within a period of ten (10) days following the acceptance of the reservation. Otherwise, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. is not responsible for any modification either with regard to the price, time, route and/or availability of spaces, being able to modify the flight itinerary.
The advance payment is requested to guarantee and confirm the availability either in hotels, with regard to the transportation and other tourist services.In the event that the above-mentioned advance payment is not cancelled, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. reserves the right to modify the tourist program offered with respect to the price and services (hotels, transportation, etc.).
The fifty percent (50%) remaining must be cancelled (paid-up) upon your arrival to the city of Lima (Peru).At that moment, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. will handle you the pertinent vouchers for the services rendered. The fifty percent (50%) remaining can be cancelled (paid-up) in cash or by a credit card, upon your arrival to the city of Lima, Peru.

In the event of payments in cash, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. shall accept US Dollars and/or Euros (according to the current exchange rate).
We would like to inform you that in Peru, we do not accept broken, burned, tear bills or bills that may present any other physical damage. The company shall not accept the bills that may present any physical damage. Likewise, we recommend the clients not to accept bills that may be in these conditions.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND PENALTIES
Any and all trip cancellation must be made in writing. The trip cancellations are subject to penalties and/or administrative expenses, as the case may be.

In the event that GRANTOUR PERU S.A. is forced to cancel the trip, due to any external event that may put in risk the physical and mental integrity of the client, 10% of the amount cancelled shall be withhold for administrative expenses. We shall serve notice, in writing, to the client in the event of any of this kind of cancellations.
RESPONSABILITIES
Depending on the nature of our services, the client assumes the risks, fully aware of the cause, of not assigning the responsibility of any accident that may happen, to GRANTOUR PERU S.A., the guides or different service providers.
GRANTOUR PERU S.A. is not responsible for any injury, damage, illness, loss or any other problem that may be caused by third parties, social issues, disturbs or natural disasters.
Certain services included in the programs offered, such as: accommodation, meals, transportation, tours, etc, are hired from independent providers, over which GRANTOUR PERU S.A. has no immediate control.
At the moment of payment of the fifty percent (50%) in advance for the reservation of the tourist program, the client certifies that he/she does not present any physical condition or disability that may be dangerous for him/her during the trip. We recommend you to perform yourself a medical examination before the trip. Likewise, we recommend you to check your personal medical insurance, so that you may verify if it has international coverage in case of loss, illness, injuries or dead. The tourist programs and services offered by GRANTOUR PERU S.A. do not include any type of insurance, neither medical nor against accidents.
